Action Plan for Promoting Women in the Workplace

In accordance with the Act on the Promotion of Women’s Active Engagement in Professional Life, enforced April 1, 2016, we have ascertained current conditions, analyzed related issues, and formulated an Action Plan pursuant to guidance from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan.
A working environment in which women can thrive is one that is comfortable for all workers, including young people, seniors, and those caring for children or other family members.
We consider efforts to promote women in the workplace as a key aspect of securing human resource diversity.
