The Pack was established in 1952 as a manufacturer of corrugated apparel boxes. Since then, our product lineup has grown to include custom paper bags, folding paper cartons, corrugated boxes, and film packaging products, making us a comprehensive package manufacturer. In recent years, our business activities have stressed the development of package-based solutions to the challenges our customers face. Such challenges include environmental sustainability, improved business efficiency, labor-saving initiatives, and progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To ensure that customers view us as a total package solutions provider, the entire Pack Group will work to develop timely new products, technologies, and systems. We also will fulfill our social responsibilities (and those associated with our listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s Prime Market) by ensuring full corporate transparency and addressing shared global challenges in areas such as the SDGs, ESG, climate change, and carbon neutrality.
Today, our management structure is based on valuing and nurturing people through management principles that include the utmost concern for our customers and employees alike.
